HiCase® 12-Month Warranty

At HiCase, our goal is for you to love our products as much as we love creating them. That’s why we offer a 12-month manufacturer's warranty on all our products from the date of purchase.

Coverage:
This warranty covers any defects in materials, manufacture, or workmanship under normal use. If your product doesn't meet our standards, we are committed to replacing any malfunctioning items.

Exclusions:
Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

• Accidents
• Failure to follow product instructions
• General wear and tear
• Improper usage
• Unauthorized alterations or modifications

Additionally, HiCase assumes no liability for any damage or destruction to devices contained within our products.

How to Claim:
If you encounter a product defect, please contact us via our contact page. When reaching out, help us expedite your request by including:

• A photo or video of the defect
• Your order number

We strive to resolve issues promptly and will contact you for further details. Please note, we are not responsible for products returned without prior communication.

In-Store Purchases:
