How long does HiCase® take to ship my order?

Standard Orders: Orders that do not include made-to-order products are processed within 24 hours and dispatched accordingly. If orders are placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, they will be dispatched on the next business day.

Made-to-Order Products: Orders containing made-to-order items take 2-3 business days to process before dispatch.

What's the shipping cost?

Free Shipping on All Orders! Enjoy complimentary shipping on every purchase. For those needing their items sooner, we also offer super-fast Express shipping for an additional cost.

Where does HiCase® ship from?

All orders are ships from Melbourne, Australia.

What's the shipping time frame?

Free Shipping: 3-7 business days. Please note that deliveries to rural suburbs and during peak shopping or holiday seasons may take additional time.

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days, with Next-day delivery* available for most major cities in VIC, NSW, and QLD.

Next-day delivery* is not guaranteed, it is a service advertised by Australia Post. For more details, please refer to Australia Post's guidelines.

Can I track the shippment?

The method of free shipping provided depends on the order value and the products ordered. Here are the possible options:

  • Australia Post Mail Service: This is similar to sending a large letter and does not offer tracking.
  • Australia Post Standard Parcel: Tracking is available.
  • Sendle or Other Local Couriers: These services include tracking.

All Express Shipping are carried by Australia Post Express or Sendle Express, which all come with tracking.

How many days can I return my order?

HiCase® offers a 30-day risk-free return policy. You can return your item(s) for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order. Can I change or cancell my order?

we process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We're happy to amend your order upon request before it's dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations or changes are not possible, but you can still proceed with a return or exchange.
